Job Title: Dishwasher

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Washing and Cleaning: Load and unload dishwashing machines, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Manual Cleaning: Scrub pots, pans, and other equipment by hand when necessary, especially for items that cannot go into the dishwasher.
• Organization: Ensure that cleaned items are stored correctly in designated places, keeping workspaces neat and organized.
• Maintaining Equipment: Regularly check dishwashing machines for any issues, and ensure they are functioning properly. Report any maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Waste Management: Properly dispose of food scraps and other waste materials in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
• Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards: Follow health and safety regulations to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
