Job Title: Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Cleaning Dining Areas: Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths, clean floors, vacuum carpets, and ensure the overall dining area is tidy and welcoming for guests.
• Sanitizing Restrooms: Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, and replenishing necessary supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Kitchen Cleaning: Clean kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces, ensuring areas like prep stations, storage rooms, and dishwashing areas are free from grease, spills, and debris. Assist in keeping the kitchen organized and safe.
• Trash and Waste Management: Empty trash bins regularly throughout the restaurant and ensure that waste is disposed of in a sanitary manner, both in the front and back of the house.
• Cleaning Windows and Glass Surfaces: Wipe down windows, glass doors, and any glass partitions to maintain a clear and polished appearance.
• Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep and mop floors in dining areas, kitchen, hallways, and storage areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Stocking Cleaning Supplies: Ensure that cleaning supplies, such as detergents, disinfectants, and equipment like mops and brooms, are stocked and in good working order.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all sanitation protocols and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment, minimizing health risks and ensuring compliance with local health codes.
• General Support: Assist other staff members with any additional cleaning needs or tasks, especially during peak hours or when the restaurant is closing.
