We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client Service Representatives to provide outstanding customer service experience/ support to clients
  • Respond to pitching briefs from Clients with big and disruptive ideas through ideation with team members
  • Present proposals and suggest business ideas for brand expansion and penetration
  • Lead the Client Service team to provide timely responses to client inquiries and proffer solutions to complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute and achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor, track, and manage project supervisors, merchandisers, and promoters for efficient delivery of assigned projects/accounts.
  • Conduct a market survey and generate a competitive analysis of current market trends of brands.
  • Coordinate, train, and deploy Brand Ambassadors/Promoters to stores and activation locations.
  • Create positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate/updated records of all existing and potential clients for efficient service delivery.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or an industry-related field.
  • 2 - 3 years proven experience working as a Client Service Manager in an Experiential Marketing Agency.
  • Very good knowledge of M MS s Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word etc.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, client service skills, and relationship management
  • Strong budget & negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, effective collaboration and problem-solving skills

Salary and Bonuses

  • N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
