We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Responsible for admin tasks
  • Supervise and coordinate allstaff.
  • Manage office supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop, and implement procedures & continuously identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
  • Handle inquiries, correspondence, and other communication professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding & orientating new employees
  • Coordinate team meetings & schedules of team members.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as the liaison between staff and senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Very strong leadership & management skills
  • HND/B.Sc in Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration or management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office technology.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Good spontaneity & strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
