Description

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic female Sales Representatives/Marketers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and promoting our products, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
  • This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively market and promote Elliom Bakery's products, including bread and future pastry offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including ingredients, production processes, and unique selling points.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Participate in community events and activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the team to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales, including hosting promotional events and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination).
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
  • Candidates must reside in Benin City, its environs, or be willing to relocate.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
  • Ability to speak both English and the local dialect (Edo language is a plus).
