Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Inventory management: Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments and managing inventory levels
- Transportation: Monitoring transportation costs, coordinating the selection of vendors and carriers, and negotiating contracts and shipping rates
- Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international trade agreements
- Issue resolution: Resolving any issues related to the supply chain, such as lost or damaged shipments
- Safety and security: Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety and security procedures
- Communication: Having excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and various roles within the warehouse
- Planning: Planning warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity
- Company policies: Implementing company policies and having knowledge of the company's procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
