Job Overview

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team.
• You will set ambitious sales goals, develop strategies to grow the customer base, and cultivate a high-performing sales team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership, and expertise in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting the company’s existing products and introducing new products to the market.
• Managing the sales team to meet their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
• Maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales in the real estate industry.
• Previous management experience is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deep understanding of real estate sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data analysis and report writing.
• Digital marketing experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
• HMO
• Commission on sales.
