Key Responsibilities
Loading and Unloading:
- Assist with loading and unloading of toy products from delivery trucks.
- Ensure that goods are moved safely and efficiently without causing damage.
Product Handling and Storage:
- Help in organizing and stacking toys in the warehouse according to company guidelines.
- Assist in the proper placement and labeling of products to ensure easy access and inventory management.
Inventory Support:
- Assist with stock counting during inventory checks.
- Help maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping floors and ensuring storage areas are free from clutter.
- Take responsibility for basic maintenance tasks in the warehouse or store, including tidying up storage spaces and ensuring proper storage of products.
Assisting in Store Operations:
- Provide support to store staff by assisting with the arrangement and movement of products within the store as needed.
- Help with setting up displays and stocking shelves in the store.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and ensure the warehouse or store environment is safe for all employees.
- Use appropriate protective equipment when handling goods and operating equipment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other physical tasks as directed by the store or warehouse manager to support day-to-day operations.
Education and Experience
- No formal education required (SSCE may be an advantage).
- Prior experience in physical labor or warehouse operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills and Competencies:
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures when handling goods.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
