Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR / Legal Executive to join our team
• We are looking for an HR/Legal Executivewho will provide expert advice and support on human resources and legal matters.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing employee relations, and providing guidance on employment law.

Responsibilities

• HR Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts.
• Dispute Resolution: Provide guidance on dispute resolution and represent the company in legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) and a professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP).
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR and legal roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, employment law, and industry regulations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
