Job Title: Cook

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all orders.
• Cook a variety of menu items using appropriate methods such as grilling, frying, steaming, or baking.
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets safety standards.
• Adhere to specific preparation times to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Communicate inventory needs to the manager for timely restocking.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitization.
• Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and workspaces.
• Adhere to local health and safety regulations.
• Prioritize and manage multiple orders to ensure timely completion.
• Work efficiently to meet peak demand periods, especially during lunch or dinner rushes.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth handover of completed orders.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with relevant experience.
