Job Title: Small Chops Cook

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for small chops, such as spring rolls, samosas, puff-puffs, meat skewers, and other finger foods.
• Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation.
• Use various cooking methods such as frying, baking, grilling, and steaming.
• Ensure orders are visually appealing and consistent with the brand’s standards.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and place orders to avoid shortages.
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean cooking environment.
• Regularly sanitize kitchen tools, equipment, and surfaces.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with 1 - 3 years relevant experience.
