Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with PMP Certification to lead and manage projects across diverse business functions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while managing scope, resources, and timelines.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and high performance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, risk assessments, and budget forecasts.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and control project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
