Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a mature and calm female to manage the day-to-day operations of a female hostel and supervise hostel staff.

Job Description

• Build and maintain positive relationships with hostel residents.
• Enforce all hostel rules and regulations, ensuring compliance among residents.
• Maintain accurate records of residents, transactions, and other relevant documents.
• Communicate with parents and guardians of residents.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers around the hostel.
• Oversee the work of cleaners, porters, and other hostel staff.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must reside in Yaba or nearby areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
