Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a leading Unit Licensed Microfinance Bank located in Onitsha with over 30 years of operations.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit and Marketing Officer

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and leadership to the marketing team
• Developing and managing relationships with key customers
• Monitoring market trends and adapting product offerings to meet changing needs
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Supporting the development of banking product and service ideas
• Appraising loans and recommending them to the Management Credit Committee
• Working closely with the entire team to winning new business and increasing market share.
• Maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the bank in the wider community.

Qualifications

• First Degree / HND Business or Social Sciences. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Competency and Skill Requirements:

• 1 - 5 years of work experience in Credit and Marketing department in an MFB.
• Knowledge of the microfinance banking industry.
• Candidate must be computer literate with ability to use diverse MFB operations software
• Analytical and presentational skills.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements.
• High level of commercial awareness.
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details.

Salary
N70,000 - N120,000 monthly.
