Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual for our Facilities Management vacancy in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

• Managing and maintaining company facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to optimize facility performance.
• Handling emergency situations and resolving issues quickly.
• Preparing and managing budgets related to facility maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BSc in Facilities Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
