We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Instrument & Electrical Advisor, AI
Location: Warri, Delta
Responsibilities
- Install and configure instrumentation systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on instrumentation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments.
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff.
- Provide technical support to team members.
- Conduct inspections and tests on instrumentation systems.
- Update software and firmware on digital instruments.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new instrumentation systems.
- Train junior technicians and other staff members.
- Monitor and analyze system performance.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Respond to emergency repair requests.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Must possess a B.Eng. in Control and Instrumentation Engineering, M. Eng degree in related field.
- Minimum of 6 years work experience as an Instrument Technician.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
- Strong understanding and application of AI packages.
- Applicants must not be more than 40 years only.
