We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fast Food Regional Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo / Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support multiple restaurant locations within a designated region.
• Ensure all locations adhere to company operational standards, policies and procedures
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
• Identify, develop and mentor future leaders within the region
• Recruit, train and retain high performance employees
• Develop and manage regional budgets, forecast, and financial plans
• Implement cost-saving initiative and monitor inventory management
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure all locations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with other regional managers, department heads, and support functions to achieve company objectives
• Provide regular report and insights to senior leadership, highlighting regional performance and opportunities for improvement.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month
