Job Title: Steam Trace Supervisor

Location: Warri, Delta

Responsibilities

• The Steam Trace Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of steam tracing systems, ensuring they meet both safety and operational standards. Specific responsibilities often include:
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of steam trace systems in industrial environments, ensuring that installations are performed correctly and safely. Supervise and manage a team of technicians and operators involved in steam tracing activities
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of steam tracing systems, performing regular inspections and repairs when necessary. Diagnose and troubleshoot any faults in the steam tracing systems, including electrical or mechanical issues.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of steam tracing system installation or upgrades in new or existing facilities.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and safety standards.
• Monitor steam tracing systems to ensure they operate within optimal performance parameters.
• Suggest improvements or modifications to the steam trace system to enhance efficiency or reduce costs.

Requirements

• B.Eng. Process Engineering. Master degree in Mech. & Instrumentation Engineering is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the required position
• Applicants must not be more than 40 years old.
