Job Title: Procurement Specialist (Hospitality Experience)

Position Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with a background in hospitality to manage and optimize our purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet quality, pricing, and delivery standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
• Source products and services specific to the hospitality industry, including food and beverage, equipment, linens, and maintenance supplies.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-effective procurement options.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure stock levels meet demand without overstocking.
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure all purchases align with financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hospitality-specific goods and services.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Salary Budget
N150,000 / Month (Net)
