Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff and train cleaners
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Manage Clients and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- HND/BSc. degree in related field.
- 2+ experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
- knowledge of how to use cleaning equipment.
- Communication and Leadership skills.
- Whatsapp enabled phone.
