We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HSE Inspector
Location: Warri, Delta
Responsibilities
- Ensure that workplaces are safe for workers and the public.
- Inspect machinery, management systems, working methods, and the use/storage of dangerous substances.
- Ensure employers and employees follow health and safety regulations.
- Assess the safety and risk factors of machines and chemical usage.
- Take photos and measure noise, temperature, and vibration levels.
- Investigate complaints and causes of accidents, including fatalities.
- Warn employers/managers about bad practices and initiate enforced changes.
- Write inspection reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/HND with a minimum of 5 years of working experience or OND safety certificate with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Must have updated HES certification
- Not more than 35 years old.
