We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer & Document Controller

Location: Warri, Delta

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultancy to departments and assist line managers in implementing policies and procedures.
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the organization's culture.
  • Liaise with various personnel involved in policy areas, including staff performance, health, and safety.
  • Prepare job advertisements, check application forms, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and make selections.
  • Develop and implement policies on working conditions, equal opportunities, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare staff handbooks and conduct regular salary reviews.
  • Provide advice on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotions and benefits.
  • Negotiate with staff and representatives on employment policies, issues related to pay, and working conditions.
  • Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and advise on employment laws.
  • Analyze training needs, conduct employee training programs, and oversee staff induction.
  • Develop and implement policies related to personnel management within the organization.
  • Ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Management, or Social Sciences
  • Must have good knowledge of IT with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience
  • Not more than 30 years old.
