PI-Moff Resources Nigeria Limited is an independent marine engineering consultant with a wide range of technological expertise, particularly in chemical, petrochemical oil and gas industries.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer & Document Controller
Location: Warri, Delta
Responsibilities
- Deliver consultancy to departments and assist line managers in implementing policies and procedures.
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the organization's culture.
- Liaise with various personnel involved in policy areas, including staff performance, health, and safety.
- Prepare job advertisements, check application forms, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and make selections.
- Develop and implement policies on working conditions, equal opportunities, and disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare staff handbooks and conduct regular salary reviews.
- Provide advice on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotions and benefits.
- Negotiate with staff and representatives on employment policies, issues related to pay, and working conditions.
- Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and advise on employment laws.
- Analyze training needs, conduct employee training programs, and oversee staff induction.
- Develop and implement policies related to personnel management within the organization.
- Ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Management, or Social Sciences
- Must have good knowledge of IT with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience
- Not more than 30 years old.
