Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch-specific sales strategies.
• Lead and support branch sales teams to meet targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service across branches.
• Analyze local market trends to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in branch sales management.
• MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
