Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead their dynamic sales team and drive the achievement of ambitious revenue goals. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, build key client relationships, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and optimize sales processes.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIS, CFA) are an added advantage
