We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Showroom Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Showroom Executive will be the face of the company’s showroom operations, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving showroom sales, and maintaining the display and organization of products.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a good understanding of the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, addressing inquiries, and providing product information.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test rides for customers.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Maintain proper inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist in organizing showroom events, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the availability of promotional materials in the showroom.

Key Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or showroom operations, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales software or CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
