Description

  • We are seeking a Personal Assistant with strong video-making and editing skills to support our client in the real estate industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and personal support to management.
  • Plan and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Create and edit high-quality videos for marketing and branding purposes.
  • Conduct research and handle correspondence for management.
  • Manage travel arrangements and prepare reports.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
  • Must have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Must be proficient in video-making and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
