TAAS College, Ibadan isa Co-educational institution established in the Islamic tradition at KM 15, Abeokuta Road, Amunigun Village, Bode Igbo, Ibadan. The Nursery and primary school was upgraded to the secondary school by the governing council as a result of a remarkable acceptance by the Muslim Community and within a short period of existence. The college which is enriched with stately built school premises in a serene and conducive environment with modern facilities commenced operations in 2005.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics education, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and engage students in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons to students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the learning needs of students.
• Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and examinations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a conducive and disciplined classroom environment to promote learning.
• Utilize modern teaching techniques, including the use of technology, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to students preparing for external examinations, such as WAEC and NECO.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.
• Foster a positive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education (Physics), or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of teaching experience as a Physics teacher.
• Proven experience in preparing students for WAEC, NECO, and other relevant exams.
• Proficiency in the use of teaching aids and educational technology.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
• Applicant must reside in Ibadan or within close proximity to the city.

Salary
N50,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
