We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Service / Sales Advisor (Remote)
Location: Mainland, Island - Lagos
Responsibilities
- Handling Onsite Service Requests
- Onboarding New Clients & Providing Client focused services
- Interfacing between Clients & Mek Experts onsite and offsite
- Ensuring premium onsite customer service
- Providing explanation of estimates
- Quick response turnaround time to field service requests
- Supervising onsite & offsite vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Taking ownership of the onsite client experience
- Ensuring that Mek Experts operate inline with company standards onsite
- Ensuring that daily inventory of Mek Experts time is consistently sold to service all onsite clients within the assigned region
- Preventing onsite and offsite return job.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 10 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
