Job Description

• We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our recruitment team in attracting top talent. This role involves managing the company’s job board, creating and running targeted ad campaigns, and leveraging ATS tools to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote job openings.
• Manage and maintain the company job board.
• Use ATS platforms to support recruitment efforts and track performance.
• Monitor campaign results and optimize for better reach and engagement.

Requirements

• First Degree in any reputable university or polytechnic
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably within recruitment or HR.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
