We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and client engagement
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
• Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use ATS and audience traction tools to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in a Consulting Firm
• Proven track record in filling roles promptly
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
