Job Title: Website Optimization Developer

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-based

Position Overview

• We are looking for a skilled Website Optimization Developer to lead the optimization and enhancement of our e-commerce platform.
• Your primary goal will be to improve conversion rates, user experience, and order quality, ensuring the seamless functioning of the website.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve website performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization
• Implement strategies to boost conversion rates and drive sales
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to enhance website performance
• Optimize the checkout process and reduce cart abandonment rates
• Implement and maintain tracking systems to monitor website performance
• Enhance mobile user experience, ensuring responsiveness across devices
• Collaborate with the design team to improve UI/UX for a seamless user journey
• Monitor website loading speeds and work to optimize performance
• Implement security best practices to safeguard customer and company data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce development
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, ASP.NET, and TSQL
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and website performance optimization
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Proven track record in conversion rate optimization
• Proficiency with analytics tools and A/B testing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with luxury or fashion e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration
• Familiarity with the Nigerian e-commerce landscape
• Experience with mobile optimization.

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 Monthly
• Lunch Provided: Onsite.
