Job Title: Inventory & Liaison Representative

Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: The supervisor

Job Overview

• The Inventory and liaison representative will be working with the Officer in charge in accountingfor the company’s nationwide stock; making sure stock is accurate at all time and also be in constant communication with all agents working with the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Accounting for all incoming and outgoing stock
• Making sure products are well stocked with agents nationwide
• Ensuring timely communication with agents nationwide
• Monitoring every stock requested from and returned to the main office
• Creating due process to be followed in accessing the Inventory
• Ensuring prompt actions and services from agents nationwide

Job Requirements

• Must have at least HND
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as an inventory manager or store keeper
• Must have good management skills
• Must have good accountability
• Must be bold and confrontational
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must have good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs.
