About the Job
- We are looking for a Field Sales Manager - Obafemi Owode to join our Sales Team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
- Managing and mentoring a team, you will oversee sales targets within a designated territory, ensuring adherence to M-KOPA brand standards while driving performance through strategic planning, inventory management, and data-driven insights.
- With a focus on field-based team supervision, administrative support, and customer engagement, the role emphasizes achieving and surpassing sales goals, fostering collaboration, and upholding professional ethics.
Expertise
- We are looking for a self-driven individual with strong sales acumen and the ability to manage field-based teams to achieve and surpass performance targets.
- The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in mentorship, data analysis, and strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency and team growth.
- You should have a solid background in customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Pidgin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong presentation abilities, and a process-oriented mindset are essential to thrive in this role.
