Job Title: Program and Community Outreach Manager

Job Summary

• Are you passionate about designing impactful programs and working closely with communities?
• Join us as the Program and Community Outreach Manager, where you’ll play a key role in implementing transformative initiatives and building strong relationships with the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor programs that align with the NGO’s mission and SDG targets.
• Engage with local communities to identify needs and ensure inclusive participation in programs.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Prepare reports and case studies showcasing program impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in program management or community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SDG-related projects is an added advantage.
