Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness, act as the face of the brand by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our perfume products and brand story.
• Proactively approach and engage customers, provide product recommendations, and create personalized shopping experiences.
• Drive sales by achieving and exceeding sales targets, showcasing the unique value of our perfume collections.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sampling and sensory experiences to highlight key fragrance notes and features.
• Assist in maintaining visually appealing product displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeated business.
• Gather customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights, providing actionable reports to the marketing and sales teams.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, public relations or any related field
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or brand representation, preferably in the luxury or fragrance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• A passion for perfumes, luxury goods, and the retail industry.
• Ability to engage customers confidently and persuasively.
