Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Industry: Real Estate/Property Development
Resumption: Within 1 - 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing construction materials and services.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to payment.
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and supplier options.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality materials to project sites.
Requirements
- HND qualification
- 4 - 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of construction materials.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and local market trends.
