• We are seeking to employ a seasoned professional to lead their retail marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative retail marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities and design tailor-made insurance products for the retail segment.
• Lead the planning and implementation of retail marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Strengthen the brand's market position through effective promotional activities and partnerships.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Build and manage a high-performing retail marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and retail customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIM, CIIN, or other relevant qualifications are desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Proven expertise in retail marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leveraging digital marketing tools and analytics for business growth.
