  • Sales plans and quotas: Creating regional sales plans and quotas
  • Sales team: Recruiting, training, and motivating sales representatives
  • Sales data: Analyzing sales data
  • Customer relationships: Managing customer relationships
  • Market trends: Analyzing regional market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Budgeting: Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the region
  • Reporting: Reporting on regional sales results
  • Forecasting: Forecasting profits
  • Problem-solving: Addressing potential problems and suggesting solutions
  • New products and services: Suggesting new products and services to increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 4 - 6 years work experience.
