Job Title: Waitress

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 1 day off per week

Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Waitress to join our dynamic team at Ravella Hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders, delivering them to guests promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the menu
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
