Job Title: Barman

Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 1 day off per week

Job Description

• Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Barman to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and customer service, and will be dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Take drink orders from guests and staff
• Ensure all drinks are prepared to standard and served in a timely manner
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the service team to meet guests’ needs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barman or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktails, and bar equipment
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
