Job Summary

  • As the Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will oversee and manage all operational aspects related to the bank's activities.
  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations, strategic planning, and implementation of policies to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Operational Management:

  • Direct and manage daily operations of the bank,ensuring smooth and efficient functioning acrossall departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies andprocedures to enhance productivity andcompliance.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areasfor improvement.
  • Work closely with finance teams to optimizebudgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, andstrategies.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to developlong-term business strategies and operationalplans.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Risk Management Effectiveness: Assess and mitigate operational risks; ensurethecompliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement robust internal controls andprocedures to safeguard assets and minimize reports.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in financial technology (FinTech) to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
