Job Description
Maintenance and Repair:

  • Pasta Machines: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime. Implement predictive maintenance using advanced diagnostic tools to preemptively address potential failures.
  • Packing Machines: Ensure packing machines operate at peak efficiency. Utilize smart sensors and IoT technology for real-time monitoring and adjustments.
  • Utilities: Oversee the efficient functioning of boilers, chillers, and vacuum systems. Implement automation and smart controls to optimize energy consumption and system performance.

Analytical and Innovative Skills:

  • Problem-solving: Use data analytics and machine learning to identify root causes of mechanical issues and develop proactive solutions.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Establish AI-driven maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and extend machinery lifespan.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance machine productivity and reduce waste.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Team Coordination: Lead a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure high standards of work.
