Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive business growth through effective talent management and organizational development.
  • As Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, leading HR initiatives, and providing guidance and support to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and talent management.
  • Lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure effective HR planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives, including change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, training providers, and HR consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Professional certification in HR, such as CIPM, SHRM-CP, or HRCI.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to lead and motivate HR teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and performance management systems.
