Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the hospitality and retail industries. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospitality and retail industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven sales experience in the hotel industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
