Job Title: Sales / Business Development Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional sales performance, particularly in the real estate sector, ond the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Analysis skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Strategic Planning and Decision-making abilities
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets.

Salary Range
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
