Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Mowe - Ibafo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure tasks are completed as per project timelines.
- Coordinate contractors, to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specification.
- Implement and monitor site security protocols to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety on site.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and international standards.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety inspections, and project progress.
- Prepare and present reports on site operations and project status to management.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Minimum of National Diploma.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in site supervision, facility management, or building project
- supervision.
- Proven experience in security and HSE.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
