Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Alternate shifts (One day on and one day off)

Job Description

• As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized beauty and skincare advice to our customers.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in choosing the best beauty and skincare products for their needs.
• Demonstrating product applications and providing expert advice on their benefits.
• Offering beauty and skincare tips to enhance the customer experience.
• Building strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Keeping abreast of the latest beauty trends and product innovations.
• Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate skincare routines.
• Apply makeup and skincare products during demonstrations.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and special projects.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
• Previous experience in a retail, beauty, or skincare advisor role is preferred.
• Strong passion for beauty and skincare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Additional certifications in beauty or skincare are a plus.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 /  plus Sales commissions
