Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and internet-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Web Specialist.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing website pages, overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS), driving social media publicity and marketing efforts, and handling various web-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management:

• Design, update, and maintain website pages to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Optimize website content for SEO and usability.

Learning Management System (LMS):

• Manage the LMS platform, ensuring smooth functionality and user engagement.
• Upload and organize course content, quizzes, and other learning materials.
• Provide technical support for LMS users and troubleshoot any issues.

Social Media Publicity and Marketing:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance online presence.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (posts, videos, graphics).
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

Web-Based Responsibilities:

• Handle email marketing campaigns and other digital outreach activities.
• Stay updated on emerging online trends and integrate them into the strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• A Degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• 2-5 years Proven experience in website management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in managing LMS platforms
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Skills in SEO, content creation, and online advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
