Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Procore.
• Define milestones, critical paths, and dependencies for MEP activities.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure  alignment with schedules.
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, and challenges to the Head of Projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Support claims preparation and extension of time requests.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in MEP project planning.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Procore.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Planning Engineer (CPE), PMP, or PRINCE2.
