Job Title: Content Creator / Copywriter

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated content creator/copywriter with graphic design, and video editing skills who will typically write clear and creative content for a variety of mediums, including blogs, articles, website pages, emails, newsletters, press releases, and social media.
• As a travel content creator or copywriter, you will write content about travel, researching destinations, and collaborating with marketing teams:

Responsibilities

• Writing: Writing blogs, news, articles, travel guides, social media posts, content for banners, landing pages and opinion pieces about travel, culture, food, and more.
• Researching: Research destinations by reading travel-related sites, blogs, and reviews.
• Updating: Updating destination guides and recommendations.
• Documenting: Documenting trips, including flight costs, accommodations, and local attractions.
• Taking photos: Taking photos of locations, people, and food.
• Submitting: Submitting finished work to an editor or publisher.
• Collaborating: Collaborating and Assisting the Marketing team with campaign materials to create and curate content that aligns with marketing goals and objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
• Day-to-day social media postings across social media channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Writer or similar role.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent skills in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong research and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
• A portfolio of published travel content.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
